liked the classic double room with a balcony, wouldn't mind staying there all day. the location was incredible and lovely, right in downtown, in the very nice area. i had coffee at confiserie sprungli, located within 5 minutes walk.

I had an amazing experience at a hotel in Zurich recently! Upon my arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the perfect location of the hotel and the warm welcome I received from the staff. One of the highlights was the beautiful suite I stayed in. It was well-appointed, clean, and incredibly cozy. The hotel bar was definitely a standout. It became my favorite place in town to unwind and enjoy a drink. Despite the central location, I was not bothered by any traffic noise and I had a peaceful night's sleep. I absolutely fell in love with this hotel and I will definitely be returning in the future. I can't thank the staff enough for such a fabulous stay!
Although the hotel had some drawbacks, such as a lack of air conditioning and some issues with staff attitude, these were minor in comparison to the overall positive experience I had.
